Salem Trolley

I would definitely use the Salem Trolley again! Super fun, great driver, affordable, and most importantly ON TIME! We use the trolley to transport the wedding party and guests from our hotel to our ceremony to reception space and then back to the hotel at the end of the night. Good way to prevent drinking and driving. Also, general manager Tammy Harrington was super helpful in planning all the trips back and forth. Worth every penny!

We used them as transport for our wedding party to the reception, and for all guests to the reception and back to the hotel after the wedding to avoid driving. Great atmosphere and guests had a blast!

We used Salem Trolley to transport our guests between two hotels and our ceremony site in Beverly and reception site in Salem. I specifically wanted a trolley to give our guests that experience and Salem trolley was more reasonably priced compared to other transportation companies I looked at. I have to say, on the day of the wedding I was very worried because almost every wedding I have been to has had some sort of issue with guest transportation being late, getting stuck in traffic, and just being unreliable in general. But to my relief the trolley showed up on time, driving between 4 locations without any issues and delivered all of the guests to the ceremony on time. My bridesmaids and I arrived in an SUV and we were waiting on a side street where we could see the front enterance/parking lot, and when I saw the trolley drive up to bring the last group of guests 10 minutes before the scehduled ceremony start time, I was SO happy and the whole thing became real - I will never forget that moment. After the ceremony, we stayed to take pictures with the wedding party while the trolley took the guests to the reception site. We were actually running about 20 minutes late after taking pictures, and the trolley driver stayed overtime for us which was greatly appreciated. I was surprised at how expensive all wedding guest transportation is, but if you are looking for the best deal on a trolley in or around Salem with drivers who are on time and know the area, I would highly recommend Salem Trolley.

We used the Salem Trolley to transport our guests from the reception venue to our ceremony location and then back to the reception. They were great! They made as many trips as it took to get all the guests to the ceremony, and then pick up the groom/groomsmen and the me and my bridesmaids. They were very flexible with what I wanted to do for the plan. They also arrived at my reception venue two hours early, so I didn't have to stress about them being late. A little on the pricey side, but was worth it so my guests didn't have to drive all over if they didn't want to.

Initially, we weren't going to arrange any transportation, but two weeks before the wedding we decided that we needed a back-up plan in case it rained and if we wanted wedding party photos outside of the hotel or wedding/reception venue. We contacted a few places, but all were pricier than we liked. Salem Trolley offered a great price and served our purposes, but admittedly, we weren't looking for all the bells and whistles the other providers included in their rates. Our driver showed up on time, took wherever we wanted for photos and, after dropping us off at the hall, served as a shuttle for guests staying at the local hotels. Exactly what we wanted. I have no complaints and would definitely use them again.

Very Disappointed in this COMPANY !I contracted a trolley for my daughters wedding, and they were a NO SHOW. The ONLY thing that spoiled the entire wedding. It was a cold day in January and I thought providing transportation between the hotel and the church would be a nice touch. I made an extra effort in telling all of my guests about it. NO TROLLEY, NO CALL, NO SHOW. Instead of walking my daughter down the aisle, I was playing taxi driver for all my guests.

I used the trolley both as guest transportation and for me and the bridal party. The driver got didn’t have directions to get to the church from my in-laws house, where my husband and the groomsmen were getting ready. One of the groomsmen had to show her where to go. They reached a bridge that the trolley couldn’t fit under, and then the driver got lost trying to go around it, making her 30 minutes late picking up the guests to bring them to the church. Then my father had to give her directions to take us from the hotel to the church. Not a big deal, but I would think they would be prepared in advance. Lawrence is a confusing city, so this would be understandable. What bothered me was that when we called to see why the trolley was late, she said the groomsmen were 20 minutes late leaving the house, which turned out not to be true. One of the groomsmen did forget his jacket but the had only gone a block. Luckily I had built in extra time, so the ceremony only started 15 minutes late.

We had to change the location of our ceremony and changed all of our plans for our guests to ride the trolley. So having the trolley come and not sure if it was going to be used at all was scary... but then the rain stopped, and they were there right when we got the opportunity to run down to the beach for pictures!Thank you for being so FLEXIBLE and PERFECT!they are clean, pretty, and the driver did anything we needed/wanted.They were fun and had PERFECT timing.

We had a wonderful driver and he was really flexible with where we wanted tto go and at what time. I found that the actual trolley came out fabulous in pictures, also!
