Great Bay Limousine

We used Great Bay for a shuttle service for our guests. I was initially nervous about using them because of the reviews that I ready, but our experience with them was perfectly fine. I didn't ride in their shuttle at all as the bride, but I asked my friends and they said it was perfectly fine and the driver was very accommodating and brought them wherever they needed. Plus on a side note, my friends asked if we had picked the music for the shuttle because he played all '80s music, my husband and I are big '80s fans. I didn't pick the music, but coincidentally, it sounds like the music was awesome on the shuttle.

While this company was initially friendly and helpful on the phone, I could not get a call back when requested and could not get them to send me a contract that had any information on it. I did not use this company out of frustration and I did not trust them to do the job, so since they never called back or sent a contract, I booked another company. They called the day before the wedding to clarify details and I promptly informed them that they had lost my business.

This was our only wedding vendor that I was unimpressed with. Our first driver was amazing--sweet, friendly and professional. But the driver who brought us to our reception and later, our wedding night suite, was rude and unaccommodating. We asked to stop on the way for snacks, and he refused. He got us lost on the way to our reception. And he was irritable and rude throughout our trip. We had paid upfront--which included tip--and perhaps that's why he was not exactly "trying" to earn a tip. When we received our bags after exiting the limo, he clearly looked as if he was waiting for a tip. But our package included gratuity! And he wouldn't stop along the way and seemed upset that we would even ask something like that. Though they were the limo service with the best price...their service lacked anywhere near 5 stars. Though I must say..the first gentleman that brought me from my childhood home to the church was incredible to work with. He was sweet and even helped me calm my nerves. "They can't start without you." So true. I'd like to thank him for that.
