I can't say enough good things about Fireside Catering!
Fireside was SO very good to us- they worked with us to create a perfect menu that was pleasing to all but reflective of our flavor theme. They helped us cut costs too by focusing on seasonally available ingredients and making savvy choices. And they were so easy to work with! Their staff were all so gracious and efficient, both before and after the wedding.
This is the best, though- my guests are asking me for RECIPES for the food that was served at the wedding. Who asks for the recipes for wedding food?? So many of the dishes that were served were simply to die for! We are such a foodie couple so it brought us great joy to see the looks of delight on our guests faces as they devoured the meal we'd so carefully chosen for them.
I think too often when brides are planning their wedding, they think too much about the dress and the overall look of the space (both important, of course) and less about the GUEST experience. If you want your guests to be happy and think it was 'the best wedding ever' make sure you put at least as much thought and effort into your food as you did into coordinating your wedding party attire! If you want a vendor that can help you do just that and BLOW your guests' minds with their delicious flavors, look no further than...

We worked with Amy for our wedding. She was a blast to work with! VERY responsive and understanding. My mother has severe food allergies, and Fireside was accommodating to the point that we made a special menu for her 2 weeks prior to our reception! We worth the money we spent and more! Food was phenomenal- people haven't stopped talking about it yet.

Fireside Catering (Burlington, MA) did a fabulous job catering my daughter's wedding two months ago. Â All of the menu items were delicious, beautifully presented, and served with style.
It was a pleasure to work with Anne Wilkes, Fireside's Event Sales Manager. She accommodated our hectic schedule and was undaunted by our short wedding planning timeline, working with us by phone, email, and in person to produce a creative menu. Kudos to Chef Ethan who did a superb job making Anne's menu plan a reality.
Some of the highlights of the menu Fireside created for us are: mini Maine crabcakes with mango salsa; caramelized onion & gruyere gougere port gastrique; Beef & Blue (Fireside's signature tenderloin of beef with Great Hill blue cheese fondue); charred tomato soup with Grafton cheddar grilled cheese toast point. In addition, there was a wonderful crepe station served with grilled asparagus and individual ramekins of Fireside Mac n' cheese.
Ethan created a terrific Peruvian fish ceviche for us in honor of my daughter's new Peruvian relatives. Her Peruvian father-in-law was very appreciative and told us it tasted authentic.
For dessert, along with the wedding cake, everyone loved Ethan's popcorn with sea-salted caramel and drizzled chocolate, creatively served in cones.
Fireside also contracted with a barista to provide a cappuccino and espresso station. Our guests enjoyed specialty drinks prepared to order and topped with a heart design.
The food was served efficiently and with professional style. The serving tables were attractive and elegant. We especially appreciated how attentive Anne and the servers were to my daughter and her new husband -- they couldn't have been any happier!

Fireside Catering is amazing! They’re farm-to-fork menu concept and complete use of locally, organic grown vegetables (most of which are grown on their farm, Gibbett Hill), meats and poultry was exactly the type of catering company we were looking for. We married in early September, so we were very fortunate that September lends itself to having a wide variety of in-season vegetables and fruits. Anne Wilkes, Fireside’s Event Coordinator and Chef Ethan really listened to our ideas and were able to design an incredible menu. In addition, they were very diligent about accommodating our guests who are vegetarians or had specific food allergies. We had five passed hors d’oeuvres, which included bruleed figs with aged balsamic vinegar and serrano ham (and some without for the vegetarians); grilled chicken quesadilla with fresh mango, cilantro and green chiles, Hubbardston capri with butternut risotto cake and sweet onion jam; grilled shrimp on a sugarcane skewer; and peppered beef with stewed figs and Great Hill Blue cheese fondue. These were served on slate stones and compostable square dishes for that rustic feel. The main course was comprised of several stations, which included roasted turkey breast with roasted white and sweet potato wedges and autumn vegetable ragout; harvest salad of baby romaine and red leaf lettuce with dried-cranberries, toasted pumpkin seeds, caramelized apples and cider vinaigrette; cavatelli pasta with wild mushrooms and braised short ribs (and without for vegetarians). These dishes were surrounded about smooth river rocks and votive candles to keep with the rustic and natural feel we were going for. This was certainly not your typical wedding menu. Our guests were so impressed with the food and raved about it for weeks after the wedding.
Anne Wilkes and Chef Ethan far exceeded our expectations. They made the experience actually fun and enjoyable. Chef Ethan is a phenomenal executive chef, who’s creative and has an eye for detail. Anne Wilkes is the best! She was a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism and ideas made the entire process super easy. Two things I want truly appreciated throughout this entire process are that: 1) Anne was very responsive to all my emails and phone calls, which she returned promptly and 2.) she made sure that we were able to create a beautiful menu and still be able to meet our budget.
I would HIGHLY recommend Fireside Catering for your wedding or that special event in your life. I can’t wait to work with Anne, Chef Ethan and the rest of the staff at Fireside Catering again. They set such a high bar that I can’t imagine ever working with another catering company. They’re truly above all the rest!

can't say enough about Anne and the team at Fireside catering. Their philosophy of food (farm to fork) really was the third star of the wedding.
Everyone said it was the best wedding food they had ever had.
We even got compliments on the salad! The salad!
They worked within our budget, listened to what we said, came up with creative ideas, and delivered on everything they promised.
We are "foodies", they know their food.
They also know service, working with them was like having another wedding co-ordinator working for you. We really believe we were not just "another customer" to them, but rather a couple that they wanted to make the best day for.
