Festive Occasions, a Rentals Unlimited Company

We used Rentals Unlimited as they were the recommended company to use with our venue. I was really happy with everything. The linens looked gorgeous, and that's all I could ask for. I was planning my wedding from overseas, and was coming in from England for three days, so I had a limited amount of time to decide on linen choices, and Rentals Unlimited ended up delivering some different linen choices to my venue so that I could see a few different options at the venue before I made my choice. The event manager at my venue warned me it might not be possible, since normally they charged for deliveries, but they agreed to do it and it was so helpful! I give them an A+!

Worst mistake I ever made was booking them. They never were able to give me a completed list of all the stuff I booked. They showed up late and were missing half the stuff I booked. When I called to complain they were not only unappologetic they were just plain rude!!! THIS COMPANY REUINED MY WEDDING!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!

We had a difficult family-style set up for dinner, with lots of different serving dishes. FO was so patient, taking the time check and double check the plans to make sure we had the right numbers of everything. They have a great selection of styles and items, too.

I got married on December 6, 2008 and I rented linens, napkins and candle poles (for the church ceremony) from Festive Occasions. I made an appointment to go into the show room on a Saturday to meet with Christine and Marie. The shop had many different tables set up and a room with countless linens and napkins that I was free to browse through. I received such outstanding customer services from both Christine and Marie. They offered great ideas and suggestions and I got to look at so many beautiful types of linen. I had a hard time deciding and I was able to rent 3 overlays for the day and take them to my venue to see how they looked on the tables. Christine and Marie were a huge help when it came to selecting a pattern that worked with the décor of the venue and the look I was trying to achieve for my wedding. Once I selected an overlay Christine took the time to help me pick the perfect napkins to finish off the look. It was such a pleasure to work with Marie and Christine during the planning process. I never felt rushed to make a decision. Christine and Marie were patient, courteous and professional. I had Festive Occasions set up the linen at the country club. They did such an amazing job making sure everything was perfectly in place. I would highly recommend Festive Occasions for your next event.

It was fantastic working with festive occasions. The customer service was great. I visited them and was able to set up several tables in order to decide what I wanted. The person I worked with made great suggestions given my ideas and was always very responsive and willing to help. They have a great selection of linens and napkins, in all price ranges. I was also able to borrow linens at no charge to do a set up at the event space. I highly recommend them.

I am writing this review because everyone who is getting married should visit Festive Occasions. The staff at Festive Occasions Evy, and Shawn helped me out so much. I Still get compliments on how amazing my wedding looked, I had no Idea what I wanted I told them what I was thinking and they knew exactly what I needed, I was extremly stressed when I got there and within minutes of I was hysterical laughing. well Thanks guys :)Sara

We used this vendor because our caterer worked with them so it was easier for us - it eliminated my having to coordinate the arrival and all that stuff. The linens were great and the variety in the showroom was wonderful. I would definitely consider using them again, but would shop around for the best value.
