Exceptional Limo

Our driver was very friendly and very flexible. We changed our picture location and it was no problem for him. He was also about 15 minutes early which I definitely appretiated.

Exceptional Limo was amazing! Such great service, from helping my get into the limo, my dress was quite big in terms of being able to just slip into a limo, helping me get out, having an umbrella handy as well as an emergency kit...not just a first aid kit but a sewing kit and all that! It was awesome. Our driver was a gentleman and just great!

We used Exceptional Limo for our wedding and they were AMAZING! They were very easy to work with and arrived at the hotel for pickup early (and he waited for more than 40 min)! The chauffeur was very helpful and friendly! He even helped us out at the church – he was fixing my dress the whole time, helping the groomsmen with the opening of the isle runner …he was simply FANTASTIC!!! This company is wonderful and I would highly recommend Exceptional Limo services!!!

We recently used Exceptional Limo for round trip ground transfers to Logan after receiving a recommendation from a friend. Every employee we encountered was friendly and professional from the moment we 1st called to reserve them to the minute the dropped us off on our return trip. We reserved our airport transfers by phone and had an email confirmation within 24 hours. We also received a call to my cell phone on the day before our vacation ended to confirm our pick up at the airport. I thought this was a great feature to help ease the stress of travel. I have used other limo companies for the same service and have been stranded at the airport due to miscommunication with the company, so I was extremely pleased with Exceptional because of this phone call. I will be a customer for life & will never use another Limo company. I highly recommend this company to anyone including my coworkers, family, and friends. I have seen many of the vehicals in their fleet & would not hesitate to use them for a formal event, prom, wedding, etc. Exceptional Limo truly is Exceptional!

I had the BEST experience with exceptional limo!! I just found them randomly online, called, felt great about them and booked them! The day before my wedding someone from exceptional limo called me and offered me a free upgrade - I didn't have to do or pay anything!! I ended up getting an excursion stretch limo for the price of a regular 10 passanger limo! It was unbelievable. Also, my driver, MC was incredible. He knew everything you need to know about a wedding. He constantly helped me with my dress, caught me when I fell out of the limo (haha) he told me when to walk down the aisle, how to hold my flowers, everything. Then he drove us around for pictures and again helped with my dress and veil, he took care of our bags and the champagne. He was so helpful and professional. I loved everything about exceptional limo, and it wasn't expensive!! Book with them!!!

We used exceptional limo for our wedding July 9, 2011, they were always available for any questions leading up to the day. The limo was on time, the driver was very attentive, helpful and polite. Even bringing everyone water during pictures in the hot afternoon and picking up appetizers at the hall during the ceremony so that when we got back to the limo they were waiting for us. I would recommend exceptional limo to anyone as they delivered exemplary and flawless service on our wedding day.

The driver for Exceptional Limo was outstanding. He was professional and courteous. He was prompt and helpful. Exceptional Limo was easy to work with and I would definitley book with them again. The only concern was that the privacy button did not work from the back seat so it was a little awkward to ask to put it up, but we did anyways!

Exceptional Limo had the best staff. They were so friendly, helpful, and professional. They were right on time for each transfer and we never had to worry. My sister-in-law lost her phone in the limo and they immediately right away to say they had it and even drove it to her the next day. They definitely went above and beyond from moment one.

Great on the day of our wedding, we loved the red carpet and champagne toast right after our ceremony. However, we got an upgrade on our limo from the one that was included in our package, and there was a little confusion about this prior to our wedding.
