Loved my experience with them! They were friendly and fun! My maids of honor, my mom and myself had a wonderful time! At one point, we were the only ones there and the other consultant watched me try on dresses. Cathy was super nice and helpful. She listened to what I liked and disliked in dresses and I wound up finding the perfect dress! I didnt want to take it off! And they didnt rush me to do so! They let me take my time and enjoy the moment. I am thrilled with the service I received (and I have worked quite a bit of retail). Very satisfied! Thank you for your time and service!!

WOW. I loved shopping here! I everyone was so nice to me every time I went in (which ended up being quite a few!) Everyone working was so helpful and I was able to find the most beautiful and affordable dress. I even had my bridesmaids get their dresses there and everyone loved the shop! The shoe selection is awesome too. Everyone was very attentive and gave helpful opinions when I was buying my dress. Can't say enough good things about the store!

I had a great experience with My Dress 4 Less and would recommend them to anyone. I found their site because I was searching for a specific dress by Mon Cherie. Unfortunately, the dress had been discontinued, but the gals at My Dress 4 Less called the warehouse and found there was one dress left, which happened to be in my size but was in a slightly different color than I had originally wanted. I had a bunch of questions on the color because I wanted to make sure it wasn't too dark, and the ladies there were really helpful. They also helped me double check my measurements to the size chart to ensure the dress sizing was correct. I asked for a discount (since it was the last dress left), and they gave me one! And the best part? Because my dress was coming straight from the warehouse I received it in 10 DAYS, which is unheard of when it comes to buying a wedding dress. With a short time between engagement and wedding (only 4 months), getting my dress quickly saved on a lot of stress. P.S. Yes, it's a little scary ordering a dress you have not tried on, but there is a risk in ordering ANY bridal gown, whether from a store or online, because 99% of the time it is un-returnable anyway.

I had a great experience with the people at Elegance. They helped me find my dream dress!! They were very thorough with making sure my dress was perfect when it came in (they actually sent it back to the designer the first time because it wasnt perfect). My only complaint would be that you dont always get to see or talk to the same person.

I was in a major pinch and needed a bridesmaid dress in less than a week. They responded almost immediately and located the dress in my size/color IN STOCK. I got it in less than 24 hrs, safely and securely. Fantastic experience all around. Best part, best Price too. When I was receiving responses hours later from other sites saying they couldn't help me nor could anyone else, I was already trying on my dress from Elegance by Carbonneau. So glad I bumped into their site, and will absolutely go back in the future!

The service I received at MyDress4less was fantastic. I was very hesitant to order a dress on line. I spoke with Colleen and expressed my concerns because recently I had a bad experience with delivery with a LOCAL vendor. Colleen assured me that they had never had a mix up, my dress would arrive no later than the week of July 5th and even helped me figure out the perfect dress size. I am rating all 5's because I not only received the perfect dress, I received it the same week I ordered it - Saturday delivery FED EX. I was not even expecting the dress and imagine my surprise to find the most beautiful perfect dress at my door step almost 10 days before I even expected it. I may still try on dresses at a local dress shop but I will certainly order from MyDress4less.com.

Thank you for helping me order my bridesmaid dress! You were one of the few shops that could get the dress in time and your prices were far superior to other bridal shops. My dress even arrived early! Definitely will reccommend to others.

I would give them 0 stars if I could......What a HORRIBLE place! The bridesmaids dresses come in only 3 weeks before the wedding and they kept making excuses about a grace period for them coming in. I was told they would come in 4 weeks earlier but they did not and we all waited for them. So every girl had to scramble to get them altered. Then the flower girls dress was the wrong color and they blamed it on ME! They said since it was not in the notes they took then it must have been my fault. Hey, I am not the salesperson taking down the information. YOU are! Then they had the nerve to say I could buy a colored sash to try to fix it, yet I had to pay for that. They made no attempt to correct the situation and I am still waiting for a phone call from the store owner.....one week later. I will never use them again. They are unprofessional and pass blame off on their customers! Do not use them!

Had an awesome experience with mydress4less! Colleen answered all my questions and made my dress buying such an easy task. She made me feel comfortable and less stressed when it came to dress shopping. Thanks Colleen and mydress4less! Loved that I could get the dress so fast all the suppliers in my area noted 12 weeks delivery, crazy I thought. Love shopping on line.

I had made an appointment for my bridal gown AND bridesmaids. We were told we had 2 hours for both. When we arrived we checked in at the desk were it seemed that the blonde women behind the counter was all about the her personal lfe. ( found out later that it was the owner) I was given Dee as a consultant she didnt seem very up to date with her fashion choices so we all were put back about how she would be able to help me. I am very much into fashion. The appointment started out ok then Dee seemed to get destarcted. My girls ended up pulling gowns for me and another consultant that was with another bride made a suggestion and that gown ended up top on my list. As my mother and I grew more annoyed we moved onto bridesmaids. As we started my consultant really was distant. She dropped us for someone she worked with the day befrore. We didnt even try on any more gowns. We all were unhappy and our day was uneventful. I ended up ordering the gown the other consultant suggested at another shop who gave us better service. If you do go in you should see if the consultant that suggested the gown is available. I never caught her name but she had short dark hair and seemed very professional and helpful.

I would reccomend visiting this store via mydress4less.com, I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses by Alexia designs and they are perfect. This is a web store which then orders direct from the designer, NOT copy dresses made in China! 100% happy and satisfied. My dresses were a half the price of buying from a bridal store in England. I even mangaged to buy a brooch from them to change the youngest bridesmaids dress so it matches the adults plus extra material to match for making waiscoates for the men, nothing is to much trouble and Colleen is very attentive to requirements and quick to reply. I went to this shop 2 days before my wedding because I had not found the right earrings and bracelet - I had looked everywhere, however I told my mom that I just wanted to check out one more place before calling off the search. Though the shop had a lot to choose from, I still did not see what I was looking for (though I did not know what it was yet). Then she let me use the computer to see what the warehouse sells (mydressforless.com is run from the 2nd floor). I searched all of the jewelry, wrote down the product numbers and she called upstairs. Within a few minutes, they sent down all of the items that I wanted to see and I found EXACTLY what I wanted!!! I was so happy - I highly recommend that you check out this shop FIRST!

My bridesmaids got their dresses here and the main complaint i have is that there is not a seamstress on sight

Carbonneau's was a fantastic bridal shop to work with! They ordered my dress for me after things did not work out at another bridal shop. My dress came in within 3 month and was perfect! Carbonneau's was also able to offer suggestions about jewelry, hair pieces and provide a recommendation for where to get my dress altered. I felt like I was stopping in there at least once a week for the month leading up to my wedding, and they were always pleasant and eager to help, especially Christine, who had previous experience working with my dress designer and was able to provide a lot of assistance. I ended up purchasing all of my jewelry, as well as my veil and hair piece from there! My look was exactly as I wanted it, and I couldn't have been happier!

I ordered my wedding gown through the store's website, since it was cheaper than any store in my state. The dress came about a week later than I expected, but it was intact and packed in the box well. I was able to get a free veil with my order but was thankful I had chosen to use my sister's as the veil was such poor quality I don't even feel right selling it to someone. It was valued at $90 and looked worth maybe $20.The people I talked to on the phone were nice enough but not very professional for the amount of money I was spending. All in all, I'd say I was glad I got a good price for my dress, but I'd advise people to buy their wedding gown in a store.

On my first dress shopping trip I went to three shops. Elegance was first and by far my favorite! Christine was my sales associate and she was so helpful. She didn't try to push anything on my and really seemed to understand what I was looking for. I would have given 5 stars all around based on my experience with her, however, I had a few issues with another sales associate that temporarily soured my experience. Luckily all was resolved upon speaking with Lynn, the owner. She was very understanding and sympathetic and appreciative of my feedback. In the end, I bought my gown there and had all 5 of my bridesmaids get their dresses there as well. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this store to any bride!

I bought my wedding gown at Elegance by Carbonneau, after shopping at several other stores. They had a great selection and their prices that were significantly cheaper than other stores. The customer service was fantastic, and the consultants worked hard to find me a perfect dress within my price range. The consultants were helpful but not pushy. After I bought my dress, I went back with my bridesmaids to shop for their dresses. They tried on a lot of dresses, in a variety of different styles and prices, until we all agreed on one. Overall, it was a positive shopping experience, and I'm glad that we were able to support a family-owned business.

I was skeptical at first about coming here as I thought it was more for prom dresses and teenie-boppers... I was wrong! I love Lynn.. she was the only one who actually told me what looked good, what didn't and she even pulled my dress for me that I ended up wearing on my wedding day. We also got all of our other dresses there. Everything was right the first time, the right size.. and everything came in on time, if not early. Thanks!
